Notes: _______________________________________________________________________________________ This campaign has multiple endings, your actions will dictate the outcome of the game. If you preform badly in the wrong mission, you will fail the campaign, not just the mission. During the few missions with the opperturnity to win the campaign if you preform well, or are lucky! There are about 30 missions, 28 of which are required to win the longest route thre the game. If the game ends before mission 28, there is another way... Good Luck! Missions 24 and 25, "Fast Attack", missing end trigger when objectives achieved. Corrected. 2.30. Addon name sebnam_1a was missing from addons declarations in campaign end mission 99 Honorable Discharge. 2.29. Intro cutscene in mission 18, Spec Ops, didn't end at completion. Corrected. 2.29. Mission 15, Guard Tower, completed prematurely, just after enemy detected. Corrected. 2.28. Logic in mission 10b, Beach Head, was totally incorrect. Mission failed sensors were triggered, even though the beach was taken. Objective 2 town to northwest is totally unoccupied and there is no completion trigger when town is captured. Mission totally revamped. Briefing was not displaying plan text.Corrected. 2.28. Civilians in mission 13, "Gate Keeper", changed from standard OFP civilian units to ones from SEB Nam Pack 2. Corrected grammar and spelling errors as well. Corrected a win trigger to mark mission objective as completed when mission successful. 2.28. Various grammatical and spelling errors corrected in mission 7, "Ethics". 2.27. Mission 27, "Civil Uprising", would not end, even though all objectives were achieved. Corrected. 2.27. Addon name sebnam_1a was missing from addons declarations in campaign end missions 99 Captured and 99 Dishonorable Discharge. 2.26. Mission 14, "Return to Eden", would not end, even though objective was achieved. Corrected. 2.26. Formatting of overview.html files for all missions unified. 2.25. All enemy boats in mission 9, Preemptive, now contain Vietnamese drivers and gunners, instead of the default Soviet soldier units. 2.25. Overview picture files for missions 16 and 22 were in the wrong mission folders. Corrected. 2.25. Addon sebnam_vc added to all missions' addons declarations. 2.24. Mission 6,"Keep on Killin'", ended with "Mission Failed" the moment it began. A faulty mission end trigger has been deleted to resolve the problem. Corrected. 2.24. Other than different intro cutscenes, missions 3a, "Hell's Fury", is now equivalent to the mission 3 version of "Hell's Fury". 2.23. All enemy units in Missions 3 and 3a, "Hell's Fury" and mission 4, "Transference", defined with "allowfleeing 0" to prevent potential failure of mission end trigger. 2.23. Mission 4,"Transference", had two enemy soldier units that were ungrouped, preventing mission completion. Corrected. 2.23. Mission 6,"Keep on Killin'", failed at start. Caused by incorrect unit name. Corrected. 2.23. Correction of all references of SEB Nam Pack 1 unit name sebuh_1aMG to sebuh_1a. 2.23. Corrections to addons declaration sections of all missions. Prevented numerous missions and cutscenes from playing. 2.22. Waypoints added for a T54 tank that previously remained in its starting position. 2.22. SEB Nam Pack's T54's were far superior to OFP's original M60 tanks. All missions modified by replacing the OFP M60 tanks with the SEB Nam Pack's M48 tanks. 2.22. SEB Nam Pack 1 addon name references in mission 4, Transference, to the UH-1H were corrected for SEB Nam Pack 2. 2.21. Campaign's ending, player captured and player discharged cutscene mission's addons declarations sections corrected. 2.20. Second mission, Air Patrol, was unplayable because helo was always destroyed by enemy tank gunfire. All MG type magazines removed from tanks to allow helo to reach insertion waypoint, with squad alive. 2.20. All tanks skill settings reduced to minimum and armor set to 1/3 to give player and AI a reasonable opportunity to destroy tanks with multiple LAW rounds. 2.10. Corrected error for missing addon "sebnam_nv". 2.00. Campaign overview and introduction changed to indicate campaign's version number. 2.00. All UH-60 Blackhawks have been replaced by the SEB Nam Pack's UH-1H. The UH-60 did not exist in 1969. 2.00. Ash's T55 tank has been replaced by the SEB Nam Pack's T54. 2.00. SPOILERS BELOW: DO NOT SCROLL DOWN ANY MORE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO.. Endings Mission Numbers 1. Captured by the VC 3, 5, 20, 23 2. Dishonable Discharge 3, 9, 13, 19, 3. Honorable Disharge 20, 28 *=this mission can end the campaign (good or badly) 1. Insertion Simple patrol, just keep near your commander and kill any enemies. 2. Air Patrol Your chopper meets a tank and infanty east of the base, follow your commander to the site after being dropped off and focus your fire on the tanks, then deal with the infantry. If you are forced to retreat, or the chopper is destroyed, the next mission is diffrent. 3. Hell's Fury* Defend the Base from an attack from the south, if you finished the previous mission the enemy is easy to defeat, if not their are more attackers and fewer U.S. troops 4. Transferance The civil truck that is supposed to be carrying civilians is loaded with VC, attack and kill them. 5. Discovery* Patrol the waypoints, do not approach the city you will fail the campaign. 6. Keep on Killin' Attack and destroy, once all is dead the mission is over. 7. Ethics Save the civilians, the enemy is weak, just stick close to cover and attack from as far away as possiable. If the truck is dammaged this mission is a failure. 8. Sunbathing on the Beach The beach was attacked, use your men and the remaining machine guns and the gun on the jeep you took to stop the VC boats from unloading infantry upshore. 9.Preemptive* Follow you waypoints, the only threat is the boats. Radio to attack by the northern road in the end 10. Northern Road (If the title of this one is Beach Head your in for a suprise.) Attack the village from the jungle, cover your comrades by laying down and applying suppressive fire on the enemy's position. 11. Sandy Hell's Take your squad to the beach as directed, stay on the western shore as you approach, the hill keeps you hidden. Attack at close range and keep low. 12. Seaway Ferry troops as ordered. VC boats will sneak by during this mission (you probably will not see them) 12. Missing If you didn't destroy the boats in the previour mission this mission is played. If you did destory the boats this mission is skipped. Move your squad to he jungle via truck. get them out and set combat mode to stealth. attack the VC at the edge of the jungle. once they are dead move back to the base. 13. Gate Keeper* Use the radio to direct traffic. the civil truck with more than one passanger is the one to watch for, search the back to find the explosives. Just for fun let it go by at least once, it's a rather spectacular explosion. 14.Return to Eden Your truck is forced to stop and fight a VC road block and you are supposed to return to base to get medical help, simple. 15.Gaurd Tower A VC attack from the west, forget about the tank, attack the infantry. 16. Shore Leave Follow your directions, the general is near the tents. 17.The Return Drive back to the Can Gio Base. A sniper may attempt a shot at you, or not? 18. Spec Ops Kill the guy in brown or radio bravo and fail. Use Alpha to get more light during the accual killing 19. Ambush* Take some mines and place them along the road, you don't need alot of ammo, just mines. 20. Survival* You can win the campaign here or move on to the rambo missions, or fail the campaign. Radio Alpha and the missio is over and the rambo missions begin, find a VC city and get too close and you become a POW. Find a friend and you are returned to the states, or if none of these happen in a certain amount of time the rambe missions begin. The Rambo Missions 21. Patrol Don't go. 22. Supply Lines Use a rifle to kill the driver of the truck and take it into the jungle and get out. 23. Just Another Day Go on patrol, VC are all over the forest all in random areas, sometimes you get warnings. Also, about half the times there is a expert sniper hiding somewhere. 23. Voices in the Fog* A punishment for those skipping the last mission, defend your camp. 24. Fast Attack Take a PK and move to the site of the base, find cover and begin attacking the infantry (forget about the tanks), once the area is clear take charges from the ammo truck and place them arounf the ammo trucks and two of the tanks, the tank closest to the shore is unlocked. take two more charges and steal the tank. Head for your camp and detonate the charges, you may encounter troops coming to investigate, hence the tank. Once you reach the edge of your forest get out and blow up the last tank. 25. Assist Join and lead hte civilian defenses, attack the tank once it is as close as you dare let it come to the city, then attack the trucks with RPG's, once the troops emerge begin attacking them via rifle. 26. Patrol Skip it. 27. Civil Uprising One the enemy is dead at both locations the mission is over, take a rpg and drive to the fuel station. Drive up to the building, use the building as to concel your approach, and get out as close as you can get. Use hand grenades to take out the troops is they are still bunched together. After they are all dead a tank comes, use rpg's to take it our, order your men to hide.After the tank is destoryed move onto the base, use the walls of the base to keep clear of enemy fire. 28.Expectaions* The VC attack from the eastern jungle and have a tank with them, use the sand bunkers as cover and orver tour men to attack, while you grab rpg's to destroy the tank. once the area is clear a us helo drops in to bring you home.
